Summer is going by fast! Here is the first of many blogs.
I can’t believe we are a little over a week from September! I guess time flies when you’re cooking in a hot kitchen. I’ll be snowboarding in no time……….
Our garden is producing some really delicious heirloom tomatoes as we speak, not to mention a ton of fresh herbs and other vegetables. It’s hard to keep up with them! Come in and try some of those tomatoes in our Panzanella salad. The summer menu has been a big hit with staff and patrons alike!
Did I mention the Banana Split on the dessert menu? Oh, Yeah! Inspired by Chef Thomas Keller, author of “The French Laundry” and “Bouchon.” Both amazing cookbooks, check them out if you get the chance!
