Saint Valentine’s Day Weekend

Valentine’s Day weekend. Wow! That’s all I have to say about that. Well, that’s a lie. I do have more to say. I need to say thank you to everyone that came out this past weekend. The fact that you picked us as the destination to spend time with your loved ones is truly an honor.

It was a crazy weekend here at Signatures. With a wedding, a rehearsal dinner, a couple of larger tables, and normal dining (If you can call Valentine’s Day weekend normal!), we had ourselves quite the assiduous couple of days. Did I mention the wonderful Valentine’s Day brunch crowd we had? You all had Rico and Detroit on their toes cooking the best brunch Winona has to offer, as far as I’m concerned. It was an all out test of our abilities here at Signatures. From the front of the house to the back of the house, we all did quite an amazing job. The service was awesome, and the food was superb. The special prix fixe menu was also well received by all who partook. I really liked the Avocado Gelato, as well as the Fried Oyster Fettucini. I’m thinking about using those on the Spring Menu.
